Sanna Ubud A Pramana Experience

Staff were so nice and friendly, they tried so hard for you to experience a nice stay and feel like second home, location and spectacular view , performance at every night, breakfast was fresh and delicious and so many options to choose from, room was so clean. Having room service twice a day and little note every night was nice. I will choose this resort again if I back to Bali again.

Only thing that I can mention is Pool water was too cold , dinner wasn’t perfect as you expect from this type of hotel . They have so many options to choose , I spend 6 nights at hotel and had dinner there every night but every time I more disappointed, mostly I just enjoyed the performance and drinks , than food!

It was the most beautiful property we have ever stayed at. It was peaceful and calm. The staff were always around and wanting to help.
