Location, ease of check in, price. Comfortable beds. Car parking on street to rear. Walking distance to town and attractions. Small kitchen with all the basics. Reasonably clean, fresh and modern.
Generally happy with no complaints. Few things to point out: No sofa or sitting room, only a kitchen/table. Some condensation on inside of bedroom windows, Irish Summer weather. Generally not fancy or upmarket/luxury but totally comfortable and reasonable. Would stay again.

The location was perfect for the Waterside Hall and the city airport. On a main road but inside the traffic noise was negligible.
Beds were comfortable and all facilities were good.
It was not luxury as in the title but was decent and good value for money.
Dishes were not very clean, there was blood or nail varnish? on the toilet seat. The lights didn’t work when we arrived but the host came and sorted most of them out when messaged.

Very easy, given a code to open a lockbox and got the keys before putting the code in again to close the lock box up again, then repeated the process upon leaving.
Mostly just minor issues such as paintwork throughout the property chipped and flaking off, limescale in the shower, lack of dishcloth for washing up and some of the lights not working.

Car parking, location and beds all good. Whilst this was a reasonable price and expectations were aligned to price, I feel a little work is still needed for the price to align.
Floors were dirty, it could do with a little warmth being added in and paint is coming off in many areas.
