Centre de Paris à 10min, gare à 2 min à pieds, Parking privé gratuit

Die Lage ist perfekt, der Bahnhof ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und man ist in 25 Minuten mit dem Zug beim Eiffelturm. Der Supermarkt ist nebenan und ein Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Wir waren zu viert als Familie unterwegs und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und das Klo ist winzig.

Ho scelto questa struttura per la presenza di parcheggio e la vicinanza alla stazione RER C per raggiungere comodamente il centro di Parigi e la decisione si è rivelata ottima arrivando dall’Italia in macchina. L’appartamento è comodo e conveniente per una famiglia di 5 persone e l’accoglienza è stata ottima, in casa c’è tutto il necessario, i proprietari hanno inviato video e foto per il parcheggio e tutte le informazioni per accedere alla casa e pur non essendo presenti sono sempre stati disponibili con messaggi ogni giorno, molto gentili. Nella via a pochi passi c’è una buona boulangerie e un supermercato e la stazione è veramente a due minuti a piedi. Sono molto contenta di aver soggiornato qui e se dovessi tornare a Parigi tornerei sicuramente, lo consiglio vivamente.

Qualche difficoltà nell’utilizzo della TV ma essendo fuori tutto il giorno non è stata una grande mancanza, inoltre una volta imparato abbiamo capito che la TV francese non offre un gran che.

Great location right next to the train station with private parking. There’s a shop very close, with restaurants and a fantastic boulangerie a short walk away. The apartment is really comfortable and there is plenty of space with two good size bedrooms. Our host was fantastic, making sure we had all the right info and checking we got in ok. We stayed over new year and the apartment had been decorated with NYE balloons, a nice touch!

Location is just near train station. It was like in the photo, and the size of the house was good. The host was great—very reachable and quick to respond to any inquiries we had

the condition of the property was quite disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned; we found spiders and cobwebs in one of the rooms, and there was a thick layer of dust on all surfaces. We also struggled with a strong smell of dampness throughout the house, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. Additionally, the comfort of the beds and pillows was very poor, making it difficult to rest. Due to the extreme heat, we had to keep the windows open, but the noise from the nearby train station and the busy road made it impossible for us to get any sleep during our stay. While we appreciated the host's communication, the cleanliness and sleeping conditions unfortunately made our experience uncomfortable
