House near the train direct to Paris

Easy to find and park. The neighbourhood is very quiet even with the train nearby. The train is also very quick to the centre of Paris so if you have a vehicle but want to go into town, this is a great spot. The host is very responsive as well.

We did have a very friendly mouse show up, but didn’t both us. The host was on top of it as well for any future guests.

Easy and comfortable

The location is excellent for Paris the train line is just outside! The parking was excellent. A gated house that felt safe. This is a lovely area with lots of shops and places to eat. The house was clean and warm with everything a family could need! The stairs to the bedrooms are a bit steep and narrow. The beds are comfortable.

They could do with some new towels and the garden just needs a tidy up! But these are trivial things. Nothing not to like really

Functional but not exceptional

The size of the place was perfect for our group allowing everyone to have a room. The host was very nice to deal with. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The proximity to the train station was super convenient and one factor in our choice. Finding a large enough place in Paris was difficult and this place allowed everyone to have their own room without being too far.

There was no common area where we could all sit together and relax. One bedroom downstairs had a sofa so that’s where we talked. We were out and about all day long and were pretty tired by the time we returned, so it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. Figuring out the hot water took some time.

il soggiorno è stato molto gradevole e lo consiglio a chi vuole vivere Parigi usando i mezzi

Mi è piaciuto che la casa fosse grande, con tre stanze, che i letti fossero davvero matrimoniali, che l'arredamento fosse contemporaneo, che fosse attrezzata in maniera corretta, che la Rer per andare a Chatelet fosse a 1 minuto da casa, che fosse tranquilla sia come casa, come vicini e come quartiere, che la macchina fosse parcheggiabile nel cortile interno.

L'unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è stata il giardino. Ci aspettavamo che fosse curato per poter stare fuori la sera e magari sederci al tavolo a cenare, ma l'erba era oltremodo non curata per ragioni che, probabilmente, non dipendevano dall'host, ma che comunque non ci ha consentito di vivere appieno il giardino.

Curte murdara si neingrijita, gard improvizat, murdarie in casa cu pereti plin de igrasie. Usi deteriorate, bucatarie fara vase pentru minim necesar (nici macar un ibric), vesela existenta murdara. A se vedea fotografiile anexate

-sehr bequeme Betten -nah an Bahnhaltestelle -im Hause gibt es alles was man braucht - Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür

-die Treppe zum Obergeschoss -keine Toilette oben - im Garten könnte man gepflegter sein

Wunderbar für Familien! Einfach aber sauber!

Die Lage war für uns optimal , es ist nur eine kurze Strecke mit dem Zug in die Innenstadt. Die Betten waren wunderbar! Wir haben super geschlafen!!!

Optimal für einen Städte Trip

Das Haus liegt sehr gut an einer Bahn Station wodurch man sehr schnell im Zentrum und bei allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist.

Leider ist rundherum relativ wenig an Bars, Restaurants oder Supermärkten. Dennoch für einen Städtetrip absolut zu empfehlen.

Maison très bien située pour visiter Paris

Maison très bien placée pour aller visiter Paris (50m du RER D). Les 3 chambres sont très confortables et la literie très bonne. Les hôtes sont très serviables et hyper réactifs en cas de difficultés. Possibilité de rentrer sa voiture dans le jardin.

Cette maison ne comporte pas de pièce de vie à proprement parlé pour partager des moments en famille. La douche était bouchée au départ et même si les hôtes ont été hyper réactifs, ça nous a pénalisé une journée. A l'extérieur, jardin mal entretenu (herbe non tondue, travaux non terminés).

1.没有会客厅，楼梯对于年轻人不成问题，对于老年人可能有点窄了。2.房子位于巴黎郊区，火车可以直达市区主要地点。就是巴黎的火车系统对于外地游客过于复杂且扒手多，通勤感觉不好，更推荐自己开车的住户。

10/10 piso muy amplio, cómodo y bonito.

10/10 en limpieza, tranquilidad, comodidad, muy amplio, completo, un jardín súper bonito. El anfitrión es súper amable, nos ayudó y nos facilitó la llegada y la salida de la casa. Siempre estuvo atento a cualquier cosa y no permitió entrar antes y salir más tarde, se agradece ya que en nuestra estancia hicimos muchas cosas por parís y el último día queríamos descansar un poco más para ir al aeropuerto más descansados. Muchas gracias, nos la pasamos estupendo.
