Great stay in Paris

Easy to find, convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the Metro. Host met us to let us in and showed us around. Beds were all very comfortable. The view of the city was great. Very easy commute into central Paris

For the price paid there was nothing to dislike, some may have found elements of the decor dated, but we were not in Paris to look at an apartment.

A stress free experience

The location was perfect with a supermarket just a few metres away as well as a subway station with a line straight to the centre of Paris which we used, leaving our car safely in the building garage space available. The apartment had a beautiful view specially in the night, with the Eiffel Tower illuminated in the background. There were 2 double bedrooms, a complete bathroom and another with toilet and sink. The living/dining room was spacious with access to a TV with Netflix which is a plus if you have kids and you don't know the country's main language. The hosts were very helful and accommodating, and left a few treats for our children which we really appreciate the thoughtful gesture. I have mobility issues (crutches user) but everything was accessible, with the lift to the apartment functioning at all times. Me, my husband and our 2 daughters wanted to fulfil our younger daughter's dream of seeing the Eiffel Tower and we had the most wonderful time celebrating her 11th birthday in this comfortable apartment. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Logement fabuleux pour notre séjour familial.

Logement spacieux et conforme l'annonce. Les pièces sont grandes et adaptées pour l'accueil d'adultes ou une famille avec plusieurs enfants .Je recommande vivement.

Rendre plus accessible l'accès aux chaînes classiques de la télévision.

Nada, no se puede hablar bien de este alojamiento porque se encuentra en un estado de abandono absoluto,cosas rotas,y en muy mal estado,muy sucio hasta el punto que da asco meterse en la cama,sentarse en el wc o tomar una ducha La cocina merece una mención aparte porque junto con los baños es la peor parte de la casa No cocinaría nunca ahí Hay polvo,grasa y mierda en general por todas partes Arreglos muy mal ejecutados, silicona en cualquier sitio muestra de arreglar las cosas de cualquier manera Es el peor alojamiento en el que hemos estado nunca Dudamos de que las sábanas estuvieran lavadas porque olían un poco mal,al igual que la funda nórdica con la que te tienes que tapar Se salva su cercanía a Orly ,al centro de Paris tienes 45 minutos en metro y alrededor de 22 paradas de metro

L' appartamento al 9 piano è molto bello luminoso e accogliente. Letto e cuscino comodissimi. Vista fantastica. Buona dotazione per una cucina autonoma.

Sembra la vecchia casa della nonna ❤️, un po' trascurata con bagno e cucina da ristrutturare ma ancora funzionali. All' arrivo l'ascensore non funzionante risolto il giorno dopo.

Dichtbij de metro en uitzicht op de Eiffeltoren

De locatie is echt perfect! Winkelcentrum op loopafstand en de metro die direct naar de stad rijdt, is geweldig! Ook fijn om te kunnen parkeren onder het complex. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen en kregen duidelijke uitleg van alles. Accommodatie is goed qua grootte en heeft 2 toiletten. Het uitzicht op de stad en de Eiffeltoren is natuurlijk super mooi! De host had tijdens ons verblijf iets nodig uit onze accommodatie en heeft netjes via whatsapp contact gezocht om te vragen of hij het mocht pakken. Wij waren niet aanwezig dus vond het zeker fijn dat er even overleg was.

Niks, ik zou wel terug komen als we weer richting Parijs willen.

Appartamento ampio, panoramico, parcheggio privato, struttura vicino a un centro commerciale e alla fermata della metro

Pulizia scarsa, appartamento non climatizzato e non provvisto di zanzariere. Poca attenzione alle rifinizioni, con componenti vetusti che andrebbero sostituiti, specialmente nei bagni. Durante la nostra esperienza di 3 giorni l'ascensore era guasto, e abbiamo utilizzato le scale di servizio fino al nono piano ( per 2 volte con bagagli a seguito).

Der Blick auf den Eiffelturm aus den Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer!!! Mit der Metro 8, die fast direkt vor der Haustür fuhr, kommt man schnell und ohne Probleme an alle wichtigen touristischen Ziele im Zentrum von Paris. Dazu ist ein InterMarche für Lebensmittel Einkäufe auch in unmittelbarer Nähe. Freundliche Nachbarn im Haus!

Viel zu kurze Zeit. Man sollte länger als eine Woche in Paris mindestens bleiben...

Für Städtetrip geeignet

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der Metro und die Innenstadt ist schnell erreichbar. Wohnung ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung mit Vermieter.

Sauberkeit könnte verbessert werden, auf den ersten Blick ist es ok aber bei genauerem Hinsehen entdeckt man unschöne Ecken und stellenweise ist die Wohnung abgewohnt.

Perfecto para familias

Llegamos casi a las 12 de la noche y lloviendo. El propietario Basel llegó con una sonrisa, nos ayudó con las maletas y nos explicó todo muy bien. Muy amable y simpático. El apartamento es grande, con dos habitaciones con camas de matrimonio y un sofá cama en el salón. Tiene casi todo lo necesario para vivir allí, ya depende de las cosas que uses de normal en tu casa. Desde las habitaciones y el salón se ve la Torre Eiffel y las vistas del barrio son preciosas. Al lado tienes dos paradas de metro que van directas al centro de París y en frente un mini centro comercial. Nosotros quedamos encantados y si volvemos repetiremos sin dudarlo.

Por decir algo pondría un armario en una habitación que no tiene, pero igualmente tiene al lado uno en el pasillo.

Côté un peu vieillot de l’appartement. Tapis dans WC et salle de bain peu hygiéniques, odeur de cigarette quand nous sommes arrivés.finition de l’appartement un peu passé. Accueil un peu glacial mais échange téléphonique agréable et efficace.

Établissement à éviter impérativement !!!

Alors que nous avions échangé par message trois jours avant notre arrivée et convenu de l'organisation d'accueil et remise des clés, l'établissement a annulé notre réservation LA VEILLE de notre départ !!!! Pour simple motif "Surréservation" sans aucun mot d'excuse ni de considération !!! Réservation bloquée depuis 6 mois pour 5 personnes et intégralement réglée le mois dernier, en plus d'avoir échangé 3 jours avant !! Inacceptable, inadmissible, inexcusable, odieux et scandaleux !!! Il a fallu qu'on retrouve un logement en urgence pour 5 personnes, forcément plus cher à quelques heures du départ !! Établissement à éviter impérativement !! Le niveau 1 pour l'avis est encore trop élevé pour ce genre de service !!

Très bien placé, métro à deux minutes, et facilité d’accès avec horaires d’arrivée flexible. L’appartement est grand. Certes les meubles sont vieillissants mais ce n’est pas tant ça le problème c’est le ménage : de la poussière de partout, les draps et serviettes ne sentaient pas très bons.. nous n’étions pas très sereins quant à la propreté. C’est dommage. Dépanne pour une nuit.
