- Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric stovetop, range hood, electric kettle, toaster, Bosch Tassimo coffee maker…),
- 1 bathroom (shower),
- 1 separate toilet,
- Laundry room with washer and dryer (laundry detergent not provided) and freezer,
- Walk-in closet with shelves and hanging space,
- Pantry with plenty of storage space,
- Private underground parking space (optional, additional charge of 9 €/day),
- High-speed Wi-Fi via fiber optics,
- Ironing kit with ironing board and iron,

Extra perks of the apartment: electric shutters throughout the unit, an additional electric shutter to close off the balcony and provide greater privacy, bed linens and towels are provided.
Coffee pods are provided free of charge.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Parking is free at the base of the building, and spaces are readily available.
A secure parking spot with video surveillance and nightly patrols by a dog handler is available as an option for 9 € per day.
