距離地鐵站很近，附近有LIFE超市、藥妝店及兩家便利店，購物方便，設備算新，有電梯搬運行李上樓省力不少。
1樓屋內有兩支鋼梁要小心碰撞。雖有電梯但運作很慢，而且有異味，所以大部分時間選擇爬樓梯，如果原住家不是透天的，爬起來負擔有點重。打掃不是很乾淨，平均每天要處理一隻以上的蟲，每次都是女兒發現有驚嚇的感覺。冰箱上面有前一住客遺留的餐具。桑拿製冰機運作很大聲，而且製冰完成脫模的時候會有很大聲響，誤以為東西墜落，老婆在睡覺時都下樓查看好幾次。臨馬路邊隔音不是很好。2樓水壓不足，洗澡時覺得水特別小。備品不足，住四天要自己去買，廁所衛生紙好像是再生紙，因為台灣的衛生用品沒有在使用再生紙的，所以不是很習慣！

地理位置优越，出门就有便利店、药店、菜场、餐厅，过马路是丰田租车，走路5分钟有地铁中野坂上站，如果愿意的话，走路1.7公里就可以到热闹的新宿地区
如果能多一个淋浴设施就更完美了

白を基調とした素敵な内装でした。中野坂上駅から近く、スーパーとコンビニも近く便利でした。キッチンもあったので料理が出来て良かったです。サウナもよかったです。
ホームエレベーターがとてもゆっくりなので、急ぎの場合は階段ですが、4階まで行くのに少し疲れました。

中野坂上駅からのアクセスがよく、近くにコンビニとスーパーがあるのでとても便利でした。1階のキッチンで自炊ができました。内装も素敵で、2階にはサウナもついており、ゆっくり過ごせました。楽しいひとときでした。また来ます！
