The location is fantastic—it's very close to the shop and just a 5-minute walk from the Shin-Okubo station, which provides convenient access to the Yamanote Line. The host is very accommodating; she allowed us a late check-out and let us store our luggage. She was incredibly helpful, especially since we were a group of nine people, including children and an elderly parent. The house has plenty of space and met all of our expectations. The kids loved the Japanese-style floor beds, and they were very comfortable. It was great to have a washing machine available in the house, and there is a self-service laundrette a couple of minutes away for drying clothes. Will definitely stay again.

Nothing really, but it would be helpful to have more instructions on how the bins and recycling work.

非常棒的日式住宿的体验！房子非常的宽敞！适合多人住宿。每个房间都有凉台，通风好！可以晾衣服！ 地理位置非常方便，步行3、4分钟即可抵达ＪＲ新大久保站，附近有很多的餐厅和超市，而且，晚上房子周边非常的安静可以安然入睡。一切都很完美！

とにかく広かったです。チェックイン前に、電気と冷房を入れてくれて快適でした。すごくゆったりまったり出来ました。駅からも近く、荷物を置いてから街散策にも出掛けました。お世話になりました。

お風呂の排水溝が流れが良くなかったです。シャワー室も有り、そちらの方はまだ良かったです。 他は、大きめのGと階段で遭遇💦どこからか入ってきたのかな、スプレーが蚊やハエ用だったので、G用もあれば良かったです😅

Location close to shops and train station and as a house the group can share time together more conveniently.
