Otakibashi Pacifica Building

Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay! The location was exceptional, very close to shops, trains and very good places to eat. The beds were comfy, 2 double beds could fit 2 people in each and the mats on the floor were ok for kids. The cooking facilities were ok - didn't end up using it at all as were ate out or bought ready made meals which were fabulous. The bathroom was great and toiletries were provided. Really big table to share meals. Very comfortable, clean and great place to stay with your family.

To get into the room was a little tricky with the app and lots of information. Once we had worked it out it was very easy. The pictures of the building and entrance was a lot of help as it was not so obvious when walking down the street. What would be better is providing knives in the kitchen to eat with, English instructions for the washer/dryer and more toilet paper. The toilet just outside the front door was occasionally used by the public during day and night - it woke us up several times during our stay - not a safety issue just annoying.

location was excellent. 5 minutes to shinjuku station. everything was close by. 3 excellent restaurants in the building. two convenience stores next door. the apartment was much much bigger than expected, especially for tokyo standards.

No iron. trash disposal was tough. no chance for late checkout, even for just an hour extension.

Lights were bright and green exit light was really bright at night.
