Fabulous flat with a terrace and very responsive host
It’s very easy to access the property with remote digital keys.
The only drawback is that the loft rooms are not separated by a wall from the living room, so if you need privacy this flat might not work for you in terms of sound. For us it was ok.

Bella struttura che abbisogna di più cure
La posizione, in primis, che permette di raggiungere i principali monumenti del centro, in pochi minuti a piedi. Lo stile dell' arredamento. La terrazza che permette di mangiare all' aperto. La privacy e la silenziosità, visto che si è un alto e verso l' interno rispetto alla strada.
Visto che ci eravamo già stati l' anno scorso, è stato inevitabile un confronto. Pur rimanendo validi gli aspetti positivi elencati sopra, non abbiamo apprezzato: 1) mancanza di una grattugia 2) mancata fornitura di asciugamano da bidet 3) lampada centrale della camera non funzionante, lampade sopra al lavandino del bagno poco luminose 3)lo stato pietoso delle piante della terrazza.

Appartamento stupendo, peccato doversene andare prima
Struttura veramente molto bella e ben tenuta, posizione ottima in pochi minuti si è in centro. La casa ha una vista incredibile sulla città. Per una coppia è super consigliato (anche in 4 amici direi molto bello). Il bagno con una doccia enorme e la casa ha tutto il necessario. La terrazza è un plus senza precedenti, solo tanta invidia nel non vivere in un posto così.
Sfortunatamente c'è stato un disguido in quanto avevamo richiesto una notte in più da saldare in struttura. Nonostante la conferma poi la camera è stata data in prenotazione ad altri e ci hanno comunicato dell'errore dovendo così anticipare la partenza. L'host si è comunque dimostrato disponibile a trovare una soluzione ma l'errore purtroppo c'è stato con il conseguente disagio di dover anticipare tutto. Se venite in auto preparatevi ad un incubo nel trovare un parcheggio che non vi chieda 40/50€ al giorno, dovete per forza lasciare l'auto molto distante e usare il tram.

Todo, es precioso. Lleno de detalles y con mucho gusto. La terraza increíble. Es más bonito aún que en las fotos, muy amplio. Original. Distribución de loft.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage.
Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr schön und heimelig eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Auf der Terasse zum Hinterhof mit dem schönen Ausblick kann man sich nach einer Städtebesichtigung prima ausruhen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Florenz-Besuch. Bahnhof und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Unmittelbar vor der Unterkunft gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, sehr gut erreichbar und sofort zur Hilfe vor Ort als ein kleines Problem mit dem Warmwasser aufgetaucht war. Zur Wohnung gelangt man über einige Stufen (3. Etage). Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, kann sich damit schwer tun.

Appartamento delizioso, con vista spettacolare su su Duomo e Campanile di Giotto.
Posizione ottima, vicina a tutto. Appartamento dotato di tutto il necessario, carino e ben arredato. Doccia enorme, servizi tutti in ordine e funzionanti. Comunicazione soddisfacente e veloce. Il terrazzo con vista è molto bello, peccato essere stati in inverno, d'estate cenare li è sicuramente un plus importante.
Il letto matrimoniale è troppo duro, il letto singolo nel mezzanino è oltremodo scomodo, servirebbe un topper perchè si dorme direttamente sulle doghe. Abbiamo dovuto mettere dei cuscini a mò di materasso per renderlo fruibile.
