YOU CAN BOOK A HOME CHEF FOR AN INTIMATE DINNER RIGHT IN YOUR OWN HOME, ALLOWING YOU TO ENJOY OUR DELICIOUS TUSCAN SPECIALTIES! At “DIMORA LE MANTELLATE,” you’ll feel right at home. It’s a spacious and elegant apartment with a beautiful, large flower-filled terrace inside a historic building (with an elevator) built in the 19th century in the heart of Florence. The apartment is bright and quiet, perfect for families and large groups, and is located on the 3rd and top floor. It will be your cozy retreat for as many days as you wish. You can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo (it’s located in the city’s historic center).
Recently renovated, you’ll have 200 square meters spread over two floors. The home has been furnished with handcrafted Baroque-style furniture and features 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 3 full bathrooms on the first floor + 1 small full bathroom on the second floor, a large living and dining room, a beautiful kitchen with a balcony fully equipped with everything you need, a spacious hallway, and a magnificent 30-square-meter terrace overlooking the hills of Fiesole, located on the second floor.
You’ll find the place spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. In the bedrooms, you’ll have access to a capsule coffee machine, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, air conditioning, and a Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi.
The apartment is in a prime location, situated in the historic center within a beautiful, quiet, and low-traffic residential neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the cathedral and the train station, and 9 km from the Florence airport. There is a large paid parking lot 500 meters from the residence, and just a short walk away you’ll find charming bistros, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Cosimo and I (Lorenzo) will offer you a range of extra services (tour guide, in-home chef, cooking lessons, massages and beauty treatments, personal trainer) that you can book in advance to enhance and make your stay more enjoyable.

Beautiful property. Quiet neighborhood. Roof top patio was beautifully maintained. From the patio, watching the small flocks of birds darting and showing off, with the surrounding hills in the background, was fun and interesting. Walkable to all downtown points of interest. AC worked well.

This was an amazing space for the 9 of us. Beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds. Great central location. Stunning patio but unfortunately the temperature was 100 degrees. Elevator was great for the two of us nearly 80. Lorenzo even helped us get taxis when we were leaving. Lorenzo was a great host and was responsive to any requests. He had listings of emergency numbers and other needed information. I would definitely stay again!!! Only difficulty was that I hung clothes on the clothesline (no clothespins). They blew off down one story to the next apartment so I had to collect them. lol

My stay at this apartment was amazing! It is a great quiet location that is a 20-25 min walk to really anything in Florence!! The apartment is lovely, great kitchen, great space/family room for hanging out and an amazing roof top terrace for hanging out. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment in Florence! I certainly will be back!!! Lorenzo was very helpful with all of our needs and quick to respond to any questions!!! Thank you Lorenzo for being such an amazing host and sharing your property with us !!

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location! We stayed for three weeks and did day trips from Florence. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything you could possibly need. Lorenzo was a fantastic host. He helped us locate and retrieve a lost backpack in a taxi. He has always communicated and been so helpful with any information we asked for. I highly recommend this apartment and hope toCome back and stay again!
