Guest house is in very good location, You can easily to go to the sea side or to the city center.Everithing is near.I like,that is posibility to meet people from other rooms ,You can drink coffe or have the meal together in small kitchen area.It is economy class,you can expect only what it is neccessary. The owner answer to any your question and give advance what you need.
In this area to find parking for the car isn't easy, Near is parking,but it is always ocupated.

Big comfotable bed but not much else as attic room and sloping walls - OK if you are short! Good shower. Great location as beach a few mins walk away and 24/7 shop only a few steps from rooms.
3 flights of curving stairs with motion sensors and no lift. Kitchen had very little crockery so not very useful plus only sink was in bathroom area. People from other floors came up to use shower as queues to use on their floor.Kitchen table and chairs flimsy.

Sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer mit Schreibtisch und Schrank. Es gab einen Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher in der kleinen Küche. Insgesamt sehr sauber mit frischen Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Die Lage ist unschlagbar zentral und trotzdem ruhig, ein paar Minuten entfernt von den Restaurants, Seegarten und Meer. Der Checkin mit Geheimzahl klappte einwandfrei.
