L'equipement (4 telecommandes pour 1 tv et pas d’explications pour les utiliser, quelques elements casses en arrivant (table basse, elements de cuisine qui ferment/ouvrent difficilement)
L’accueil (vous demandez a quelle heure on souhaite arriver la veille et puis, vous demandez 70 € en plus si on arrive 2 heures plus tot que l’horaire prévu, caution demandée sans avoir vu l'appartement, CNI sans voir le personnel, oú sont stockées ces informations ?, ...)

The location is very good. Its right in front of the Luxembourg garden and very near to bus stations and metro stations. One of the bus station is right in front of the building. The apartment is also nice.
The floor is wooden and has cracks. It has poor sound insulation so even minimum footstep noise reaches the neighbours. Couldnt enjoy the trip sipping coffee and talking to friends in the apartment because the neighbour kept threatening to call police over the noise.

Location is great. It’s spacious and suitable for a family.
When I reported an issue with the AC, they were responsive but did not actually come to fix it!
