We had a great stay here

We loved the location and while the apartment was very unusual for Australians used to only quite modern homes, it had everything we needed. Including coffee, salt pepper and sugar plus washing powder. These things are very much appreciated when traveling. Francois was immediately responsive to all needs.

The only negative is that the beds are too short for anyone over 175cm.

#1 Beds were super comfortable #2 Location excellent, near great restaurants , metro and corner store 1 minute away. Loved the neighbourhood.. #3 House was well equipped, toys for 4 year old. Suited our family of 10 perfectly. Necessities were stocked. #4 Host was accessible and house exactly as described with instructions on machines and recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Great location and good for family

Great location and so accessible for the train back and forth to the airport. Fantastic having three seperate bedrooms with individual bathrooms also - however a little bit cramped with the kitchen being the only living space (other than games room downstairs) overall a very good experience just tight with two families but served its purpose and thankfully we were not needing much more than sleep time in the apartment. Great communication with host and everything was clean and ready to go. Thank you again.

Had a pleasant overall stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Very central but still felt safe. Loved the location was very close to a good run track - the Jardin du Luxembourg which was amazing. Everything we needed were in the unit. All the needs of guests were well thought of. No fuss checkin. Host very responsive and helpful with everything.

Small thing - Shower door in our room doesn’t fully seal so water comes out. Could do with more rugs or adjust the second smaller shower faucet to not face the door.

Great location with an owner that is quick to response and flexible. The kitchen and basement are well-equipped, offering enjoyable group games and TV entertainment. However, the cleanliness of the bedding could be improved.

Localização excelente, apartamento muito bem equipado, espaçoso, muito confortável.

Calefação das areas comuns e banheiros não foram suficientes. Mas a calefação dos quartos era muito boa.

Hospedaria ali novamente,

A casa é moderna, no terreo, bem arejada, toda automatizada, completa, com secador de cabelo, maquina de café e o anfitrião deixou café, açucar, sal e azeite cortesias. Máquina de lavar, algum sabão liquido para louça e roupas. A casa tem um porão com sala kids e de tv, ótima para as crianças, acomoda bem até 12 pessoas. Bem localizado, junto a mercado, farmacia, cafés, lojas. Dá para ir a pé a torre eiphel e principais pontos turísticos, porém, como fui em família, alugamos carro e tivemos esse conforto.

Paris estava muito frio, e por mais que a casa tivesse aquecedor nos quartos, e uma calefação central, essa era fraca, e a cozinha e banheiros continuavam muito frios. Mas essa é minha percepção, que vivo no Brasil em cidade de 40 graus, e quando fui Paris fazia -2ºC. Mas o chuveiro e torneira tinha água bem quente!

Espectacular departamento, súper recomendable

Todo espectacular, ideal para familia con niños. Cómodo, muy amables, con todo lo necesario inclusive con muchas cortesías cafecito delicioso tres baños, cuarto de niños ubicación espectacular. Lo súper recomiendo.
