Great host, thank you, Rahim! Very good communication with clear instructions & recommendations. Our apartment was ready early, allowing us to settle in straight away after our arrival. The location is perfect. Everything is within easy walking distance, including rail via the Metro or RER (grab a travel card upon arrival in Paris). Recommended stay here!

The bathroom & toilet were very compact and the mattress a little too firm for us. Noisy at night from the street. However, Paris does come alive at night with some bars and restaurants open until 2am. These were only minor inconveniences, and they didn't take anything away from our stay. It was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed.

The location is very very super convenient! You’ll have everything that you needed for your trip, and Rahim is just a text away anytime, he’s so helpful.

The size is quiet small, but if the sofa be was folded, then it’s already perfect for a family of 3😁

Location was great! The host was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips on places to go. Easy to get key and place was very secure. Bed was very comfortable! Enough supply of towels and a nice towel rack to hang dry. That is helpful with 3 kids!

A little dirty- dishware was dirty with food particles and stains. Dusty shelves. Kitchen coffeemaker had water in it which meant it wasn’t clean.

very safe and convenient location. Property is clean and host is very responsive. One washer and dryer on-site (in a common area shared by 4 other units). I would recommend this property based on my experience.

We have 4 people in the party - 2 adults and 2 teens. Bedrooms have enough space. Toilet and shower closets are very small. We stayed for 2 nights.

The property was in an excellent location, close to all amenities. The building felt very safe with two entrance doors to get through before you get to the apartment. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The apartment isn’t huge but there were five of us and we didn’t find it a problem at all. The shower was amazing, I always worry you will just get a dribble of water but it was a proper power shower. Just what you need before/after the long walks during the day! The beds were very comfortable too!

Clean, modern, perfect area in St Germain Des Pres

It was a very clean, very safe apartment. Loved the local restaurants (Japanese, Vietnamese & French) on the same street. Very quiet, very safe. Rahim was a wonderful host, made great recommendations and was very helpful when we needed it. I also loved that when we arrived the AC was already on and the apt was very comfortable on a hot July day. We used the coffee maker (a few pods were there), as we brought in our breakfast from the bakery ate before our day started. The fridge was a huge help. We would easily stay here again!

Perfect in Paris

We loved the location, we felt very safe wandering around day and night. So close to all the attractions, we walked a lot, but also close to the metro when we went to the Eiffel Tower and Disney. The owner was so lovely and allowed us to store luggage after checkout. The apartment itself was beautiful. So clean and spacious for an inner city apartment. 2 bedrooms and a lounge room/kitchen. We also loved the restaurant across the road and visited there twice during our stay. We will be back! Merci Rahim

Very nice stay near the Odeon

The apartment was in a great location that was quiet by Paris standards. The air conditioning was our favorite thing, it worked so well and we had a couple 34 C days while there and the apartment was a refuge. We found the beds and linens comfortable. The host was very responsive.

It is much smaller than pictures suggest, our family of 4 made it work but we spread out in the living room. The laundry machine is shared by 4 units and was occupied frequently, we just went to the lavarie on the next block and paid to do our clothes washing and found this faster and more efficient. A roll of paper towel and more than a few coffee pods would have been nice given the high price per night (we bought these ourselves).

Magical

The organiser was so kind and we saw him when we got there and he helped take our bags up the stairs which we were very grateful for. He also explained the area and what’s around and showed all the ammenities of the apartment. Perfect location. Perfect size for group of 4 but then we had another person join and slept on the pull out couch and there was still so much space. Amazing trip and made memories we’ll never forget. Highly recommend!!

The location was excellent. Would definitely stay in this area again.

There is one washer/dryer unit shared among 4 apartments. The laundry unit was not available for over half of our stay due to other residents using. This was difficult because our family packed lightly knowing we should have laundry access. Only other recommendation is for more coffee pods and paper products supplied for the apartment.

Paris apartment choice

Instead of renting 2 hotel rooms for our family we are happy with our decision to rent this lovely 2 bedroom apartment with large salon and kitchen. Glad to have space to gather and plan our days in Paris and to have a refrigerator to store cold drinks. Enjoyed coffee maker in the morning to go with our fresh croissants. We tried nearby restaurants and boulangerie and the Monoprix grocery store was nearby. Really enjoyed visiting Luxembourg Gardens nearby which had live band entertainment. Also has activities for kids including horses and renting boats for the pond. Angelines for fantastic hot chocolate just outside Luxembourg Gardens. Great communication from owner! Easy instructions for entry to secure building.

Nothing. Some people may not like a few stairs to carry luggage but this doesn't bother us and not unusual in Europe. No daily room service but not a problem for us.

Amazing location. However, not as spacious and comfortable as the listing photos may suggest.

The location was a 10 out of 10!!! Such a vibrant area that was close to the Metro, great cafes, landmarks, and shops. It had a TV, good internet, and an Apple TV which allowed us to watch the Roland Garros Tennis Tournament live! It was very easy to access the unit upon our arrival and the host provided good instructions. There was a Nespresso machine, under counter fridge/freezer, microwave, and toaster which came in handy (no dishwasher). We met the host on one of our last days there and he was very nice.

The main bedroom had a very uncomfortable mattresses. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom despite there being an air freshener in there. The place was extremely small for a 2 bedroom and it felt like the listing photos were a little deceiving. We barely had 1-2 feet on either side of the bed in the bedrooms. While we realize it's a challenge to find a place that holds a family of 5, we feel like we overpaid for what we got.

Loved the location and Rahim responded very quickly. The host was very helpful with inquiries that we had. We were able to walk to many points of interest and were close to the metro.

One flight of stairs, no lift. Washing machine is shared among other units, but it's right outside the front door so not so bad.

Great location, great apartment

My family and I have stayed in this apartment twice (last year and this year). We are 2 adults and 2 children. This property is great - centrally located and very clean. Whilst it is a bit small - the toilet/bathroom is tiny - this is Paris after all! I would recommend and stay here again.

A few more coffee pods! (But the cafe across the street serves great coffee and if you stand at the bar and drink it, the price is relatively cheap - E1.80 per expresso). Also, i think a heated towel rail in the bathroom would assist enormously as the towels remain damp in cooler months.

Family friendly Paris steps to the gardens!

When you think about staying in Paris, this is the place you imagine. Located on quaint but hip street steps away from Luxembourg Gardens the two bedroom flat had all my family of 4 needed. Easy to get to everything. Restaurants, laundry, metro right where you are staying. The apartment we stayed in was on a corner and had huge windows that opened to let in light and air. The owner Rahim was very attentive and made our late check in a breeze with an instructional video.
