La Terrasse Du Sorbonne

Excellent location. This apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed. The washer/dryer and dishwasher were appreciated. We enjoyed sitting outside in the patio in the evening.

There was an intermittent drip of water into the cabinet and onto the toilet from the apartment upstairs. The management said they were working on getting this fixed.

Excellent location. Host is responsive, helpful and went out of her way to accommodate us. The place was very clean and had great wi-fi. We did not use the kitchen much but it looked well stocked. There is a washer/dryer combo unit. I liked the shower- cool circular design, good water pressure and great products provided. We had regular blankets as well as light cotton blanket which was awesome because it was hot. We liked the location- we would stay again- great amount of space for a place in Paris!

Make sure to communicate your arrival time CLEARLY because the host needs to meet you with the keys at that time and you don't want to be stuck waiting around like an idiot on the street. Also you are supposed to meet at the CAFE - get a seat and RELAX... do not wait at the street number of the apartment listed on your Booking reservation like we did. We were there the beginning of June and it was hot in the day - there was some AC in the living room, we opened the large windows in the bedrooms to let in more cool air at night. It was quiet on the street at night but some noise in the morning. Some smell in the bathroom but we found that all over Paris even in the fanciest areas- it didn't bother us.

Die Lage ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Metro, Restaurants, Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort (Nadia) sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und auch gut erreichbar.

Wir haben die Wohnung u.a. auch wegen der Terrasse gemietet. Bei Ankunft war die Terrasse sauber. Leider ist die Terrasse nicht nutzbar aufgrund der Tauben, die binnen kürzester Zeit (nach der ersten Nacht) die Terrasse zu einem nicht nutzbaren Platz gemacht haben.

נזילה מהתקרה בשירותים.המים נאספו בקערות שהיינו צריכות לרוקן כל הזמן.זאת נאמר לנו ברגע שכבר נכנסנו לדירה ונאמר כלאחר יד כאילו זה פרט שולי. בעיני זו חוצפה להשכיר דירה במחיר גבוה לחופשה לאנשים כשיש נזילה מהתקרה.
