Radiating - walked everywhere!

The provision of oil, salt & pepper was appreciated, along with cleaning products and paper towel available. Well fitted kitchen. The walk in shower had the best shower head water flow change of our 2 month, multi-property holiday. Main bedroom with bath – Gorgeous, but the shower is requires you to sit in the bath. Many people would not be able to climb into the tall bath. The location was great, hopefully the radiation from the Marie and Pierre Curie days has gone.

Access is not friendly to those who can’t easily step over the bottom of the larger door within a door. We looked ridiculous trying to lift our bags over this door frame, not to mention trying not to damage our backs. (Maybe this is a problem because we are not European and therefore not used to this type of entrance. The glass roofed living area is quaint but it needs a way to create shade from outside. preventing heat building inside. Especially with more extreme weather predicted. Thankfully the temp was only mid-twenties for most of the time. Even so we had to use all air conditioners to maintain a reasonable temperature AND due to the bright sun, and radiant heat we all migrated to the ceilinged/shadowed part of room in the afternoons and evenings. We couldn't leave food on the kitchen counter due the sun's radiation in the afternoon into late evening. It is imperative people know about bedroom layout. Especially when groups of friends are travelling. It's awkward (unpleasant and unexpected) having to pass through someone else’s bedroom to reach the rest of the apartment Sound proofing would be nice on the sealed door behind which is a cobbled passageway. Office cleaners dragging vacuum machine across stone passage at 6h30 was very disturbing.

The ants. Other reviews had mentioned them in the kitchen. We kept that space very clean and didn’t see many in the kitchen, but they were in all the bedrooms and even in one of the beds. They also got into a suitcase and were in clothing. This level of infestation demands intervention.

The property was beautiful. Clean and lots of light in a great location.

The bed linens had a stale smell. The smell was quite pungent and disgusting. It was difficult to open windows on the right side of the apartment so the air did not circulate.

There was not easy to get in because of the wrong code. Thank God that I could reach the property on the phone. What if I hadn't an opportunity to make a call?

It was pretty cold inside and not so clean after the previous guests. There is a problem with hot water: It's not enough to take a bath. So, it was quite uncomfortable with two kids.

lovely little apartment, nice decor modern but kept the French touch, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for 8 people. Everything you need in the apartment - plenty towels etc.

Barely any hot water unfortunately shower kept going cold, sleeps 8 however water tank must not be big enough to allow hot water for that many people maybe something to look into improving.

Great location in the center of San Germain, many bakeries and restaurants outside the door, you can walk to Luxembourg

This apartment was very spacious, on the main floor which is great for those that cannot do stairs, their are 4 queen size beds that were super comfortable. It was a last minute booking when I arrived to my other apartment to find out they had canceled my reservation with no warning. 6 family members shared and we had plenty of space, 2 full bathrooms and fully functional kitchen. Looks just like the pictures. I was very pleased with this apartment.

Very minor suggestion, I would just suggest a few more blankets in closet during the winter stays and some shelves in the second bathroom with shower to set out toiletries.

It was like “Living the Parisian life”.

it was an unique stay at a fabulous apartment in the City centre of Paris (5 min walk to Pantheon / 20 min with subway to Gare du Nord), with everything at hand you can possibly dream of. We definitely will be back to spend more time in spectacular city of Paris. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

we had a small plague of ants due to the very hot weekend, but we managed to get rid of it.
