The apartment was very well located, walking distance to several attractions and so many restaurants. We were there during one of the summer heat waves and the apartment stayed cool and very comfortable even with minimal use of the air conditioners.
There are a few different sets of stairs and doors to navigate. Very common for Paris but could be a challenge for those with mobility concerns.

Incredible spacious apartment with lots of room for our group of six. All the facilities are top notch and the location was unbelievable for getting a short and sharp taste of Paris for our short stay. Cannot recommend enough.

wonderful size location and furnishing for our 6 women
Concern for fire safety…… a second exit not available …..no smoke or co2 alarms….. and big electric metal door at entrance ….. how could anyone exit if the electricity went out??

the apartment is in a great location
the heat was not working. there is no functioning clothes dryer, though it’s listed as such in the booking.
