Dog friendly, clean and quiet, very close to where we needed to be.

Location was great (exactly where I needed to be and not too far from Manningtree station). Staff were incredibly kind and the ‘room’ turned out to be a full apartment (which was a nice surprise!). Would definitely recommend to others, and I will hopefully be back next time I’m in the area.

It was a good space and nicely decorated with a comfortable bed, you could easily spend a couple of days there
It stated a continental breakfast in your room, but I was disappointed has i t was cereal and a pre packed croissant, tea and instant coffee and juice my idea of a continental breakfast is
fruit, muffins or bagels, cereal, bread, croissants, pastries, yogurt, juice, milk, tea, and fresh coffee.
