New single-story Périgord-style home, fully equipped and wheelchair-accessible, with 116 m² of living space on a fenced-in lot with an electric gate.

Saltwater pool measuring 8 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.5 m and a flat bottom, heated to 29° from April 15 to October 15 and secured by a certified cover. Solar shower.
Suitable for year-round living, wheelchair-accessible, and fully equipped with reversible air conditioning; it features 3 bedrooms.
Master bedroom (16 m²), featuring a 160x200 bed with a large sliding closet and an en suite bathroom (toilet, sink, walk-in shower, bathtub).
One bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a closet, and one bedroom with two 80x200 beds, a sliding closet, and a desk.
Another bathroom: raised toilet, sink, and walk-in shower (accessible for people with disabilities) accessible through a pocket door.
The hallway is 1.2 m wide, in accordance with accessibility standards, as is the threshold of the front door; there is also access through the floor-to-ceiling window to the covered patio, which is furnished with a table and six chairs.

A beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped house. The host was so very kind and helpful and explained everything to us when we arrived.
The pool was very well kept and was used every day.
A car is essential as there is a lot to discover in the area.

Lovely house with outdoor dining area, pool, A/C and within a short drive from Sarlat-La-Caneda. Johanne was a very welcoming host and also arranged to have my bicycle repaired at local bike shop.

Excellent accommodation with superb facilities. Well equipped to a high standard. Swimming pool and air conditioning was a significant benefit given the heat wave during our visit. Excellent location, only 10 minutes drive from Sarlat-la-Canéda and well positioned for exploring the sights of the Dordogne. We would definitely visit again. Thanks for letting us stay
