This three-story home was made for groups. There are five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, two living areas, a game room, and a bunk room built for sleepovers.
Downstairs, the living room has a sleek gas fireplace. Upstairs, a second hangout space opens to a screened-in porch and a media wall that’s just begging for movie marathons or game-day snacks.
Design details are sharp throughout: quartzite and ceramic tile in the bathrooms, custom closets, wide-plank hardwood floors, shiplap accents, and crown molding that gives everything a polished finish. There’s a primary suite on the first floor with its own entrance, and another on the second floor with a private balcony and a spa-style bathroom, complete with a show-stopping soaking tub.
On the third level: two more primary bedrooms and a bunk room with four full beds, each one with its own private balcony. (Yes, every bedroom has porch access. That’s not a typo.)
There’s a deeded beach access point close by, and when you’re done with sand and saltwater, rinse off at the outdoor shower and fire up the grill—there’s a gas hookup ready to go.

The house was beautiful and so spacious! With an unfortunate cancellation from another property, we thankfully found this home and were so glad we did! There was way more than enough room for our family of 5. The house was very clean and kitchen fully stocked. It was a great location, and we were able to bike through Seacrest neighborhood. The communication was fantastic and quick responses. We would definitely go back here again!!!!

While the home itself was comfortable, spacious, and well-suited for a family, the experience was significantly diminished by misleading and poorly communicated information regarding beach access.The listing clearly advertised access to a “private” beach, but offered almost no guidance on how to reach it or where exactly that access point was. When I asked for clarification, I received no helpful instructions and had to rely entirely on my prior experience from past visits to the area.To make matters worse, the private beach required wristbands for access, and although our reservation clearly stated we had 11 guests, only 7 wristbands were provided. This left part of our group unable to access the beach entirely.Even if you do have a wristband, the actual logistics of reaching the beach are incredibly inconvenient. You either walk nearly 30 minutes or bike to a checkpoint and then continue on foot for another 10 minutes. This is not at all the easy or direct beach access implied by the listing.The property also advertises use of a golf cart, which we assumed would help with beach transport. However, there’s a large posted sign at the exit of the community explicitly stating that golf carts are not allowed to pass through the neighboring area en route to the beach, rendering the golf cart essentially useless for that purpose.
