It's tough to keep everyone in the family happy, unless you book this luxury home in Seacrest. Welcome to Footprints in the Sand! As one of the only seven-bedroom homes in the community, it also offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Thoughtfully designed for everyone's comfort, there are five king master bedrooms with private baths. One features an attached nursery with a crib and day bed with trundle. Another is a separate guest house with private sitting area and kitchenette. And the third floor is perfect for older children, with two bunk rooms joined by a small tv area. On the second floor you'll find a den with sofa & TV. When it's time for everyone to gather, there's plenty of room in the spacious downstairs living area. An oversized sectional plus a large flat screen make for the perfect movie night. You'll also appreciate two separate laundry areas and a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, trash compactor, and reverse osmosis faucets. This well-appointed home comfortably sleeps 16 guests in beds.
Community Amenities
Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in.
NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community
Parking
Footprints in the Sand has parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway.
NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home.
TVs In Home
Please note that only the third-floor game room TV has cable, the main room TV is streaming only. The guest house TVs are internet based only, so guests can use them for streaming and apps like Netflix/Hulu. The remaining TVs in the home do not have cable or internet access, and only have DVD players.
Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

This house was absolutely gorgeous! Its huge and although it was 16 people, there was ample space for everyone to spreadout. The community has everything you need, even beach access so you dont have yo leave to find anything including restaurants or a little shopping.

We are giving this a 5 star review because we would certainly return. There are some areas for improvement that would make the stay more comfortable but weren't the end of the world.
PROS:
The location is great and the house is super spacious. The main area of kitchen/living room and downstairs patio were great for large groups. There were plenty of bathrooms and two laundry rooms was super helpful. The location is perfect for beach and pool walks/rides on the tram. We had four families including 8 adults and 4 teens 14+. We could have had another couple with the space. The multiple en-suites make it ideal for multiple families.
CONS:
-not enough glassware- investing in a few sets of glasses/wine glasses would be an easy way to increase the experience.
-no hooks on any doors for towels/clothes, etc. and not enough hagers in any of the rooms (super simple fix with a small investment).
-washer and dryer upstairs are not very efficient and drying often took multiple runs.
-not enough chairs on any of the decks. with a house this size, seating for 10-15 should be available in all gathering areas. (the upstairs porch only has two chairs for a very large area and the main porch downstairs only seats 6.)
-not enough hand towels or washcloths in any of the bathrooms. Another easy fix.
-wifi was down the entire trip so no cell service or internet. Multiple calls led to no fix.
-security in the community is terrible and the 8pm curfew was a bit much for teenagers.

The house is big and accommodating for our group of 14. We did not feel crowded. Community was very welcoming and everyone of all ages felt safe and enjoyed themselves. Main floor bedroom bathroom rainfall shower head cap came off when guest showered and turned on the rainfall shower. 2nd floor bedroom with the kids trundle bed balcony door would not lock and the door chain was broke. The other bedroom on the 2nd floor window had cobwebs and a dead spider in the window when we raised the blinds. Called maintenance and housekeeping at least 4 times. Never got anyone but left voicemail with my callback number and described the issue, no one ever called me back. I finally got a hold of someone on the 5th call and they were going to send maintenance, but they never showed up during our stay. Exterminator would not be able to come for another week (after our stay). We were very disappointed and unsatisfied with the care we got.
