Location was great for attending NEC. Plenty of local supermarkets. Was easy to communicate with host.
Heating and hot water was a little low. I forgot to ask for twin bed set up and only found one set of single sheets.

Excellent location so close to the NEC and Birmingham Airport which was perfect for our stay. The house was exceptionally clean, tidy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. An attentive host, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be booking again when next in Birmingham.
