Hotel is very clean and tidy. Location is great, 10-12 minutes walk to haram depending on crowd. So many shops around you get anything that you require. Rooms are decent size and despite being on the busy road, these are not noisy. Buffet breakfast was really good, specially the baked items. Hot/Cold water in washroom. Staff was very helpful.

My only good Experience of staying in Makkah. Just because of Emaar Al Manar. Services was exceptionally Good. In short Everything was good

The hotel is situated in a good location walking distance to the haram, for those that are able to walk around a 20+ walk. All staff there are very friendly and accommodating to the best of their abilities , however, the rooms and bathrooms need updating (very old )! The hotel has a non smoking policy but guest still smoke in the rooms and the smell especially in the bathrooms is terrible. The soundproofing is non existent ,we had very noisy neighbours and we couldn’t sleep most night which was unpleasant
