Staff, after reading all the negative comments, i was like may be i will also experience same. But honestly, at this price you have to give them the ratings they deserve. I forgot to ask the duty manager name who helped me for an early check-in. We traveled all day long 15Hrs by car and we wanted to have the room early, this officer really supported us and even took a less price for two rooms. Big Thanks and Allah Bless You. Exceptions are always here bad and good, but we have to appreciate the efforts and facilities they are providing within the price limit.

Room was clean, and the hotel is close to Al Haram.
No water peovidid, no other aminities like coffee or tea given le kept in the room.
