It's a nice and clean hotel. A young and healthy person can easily walk to the Haram in less then 10 minutes, for others it might take 15 to 20 mins as it is located at a walking distance from Haram and all other amenities.

We stayed here as a family with children . The hotel staff were great and very helpful in all ways. The checked in and the staff were friendly and called us after 15 mins to make sure everything was okay within our room. Rooms was well spacious with ( beds , clean toilet and shower room , working fridge and tea, sugar water and kettle provided.
Plenty of lifts available to go up and down. Wifi available in all areas including in the rooms .
The hotel was about 12 mins walk to Al-Haram sharif . We went in the month of July and it was hot , but luckily the route to Al-Haram was Hijri Road which had tall hotels both side so plenty of shade from the sun.
Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it very much.

Parking was not available receptionist told me park outside hotel. I parked & went to Haram. Police towed away my car & put fine of SAR 200 on me.
Also in advertisement it says check-in 24 hours however check-in was done at 4:00 PM only.
Highly not recommended.
