    Basisn drain for one of my room was not working well. Remain

    Ive been in this hotel for many times. If iam not mistaken i stayed here for 4 to 5 times already becuase thier services is good. However our last stay 22-25, Spetember 2026, the HOPUSEKEEPING staff is horrible. I booked Quadruple room (4Beds), when we enter the room there were no Dental Kit and Sleepers, so i suppose to call the reception but the room telephone has n o line cord cable (no connection) so i when dont to the reception and ask for 4 dental kit and 4 sleepers since we are 4, after 5 minutes housekeeping staff bring our request but only 3 Dental Kit and 2 sleepers, i told him if he can add to make it 4 each and he said i will come back, unfortunately he did not come back. Then on the next day i ask the reception to clean our room @ arround 1pm then we go to pray in Masjid Al Haram, and we came back @ arround 9pm we are surprise, the room stillnot been clean so i ask again the receptionist to clean our room and he said he will send someone to clean, 5 times i ask the reception (from 9pm to 11:30pm) but no onbe came to clean. So since we are tired and wants to sleep i just ask the receptionist for the last time to give us 4 new towels and 4 dental kit and no need to clean the room and after 10 minutes 1 staff came bringing our request and he only bring 2 towels and 2 dental kits, i told him that we requested 4 each, then he came back bring 2 additional towels but dental kits according to him not available. Its so disappointing. It seems that there is NO Housekeeping supervisor to supervise, only housekeeper. During our previous stay, hey are attentive that is why we keep on coming back to these hotel and these last was so horrible. The services of Elaf Bakkah Hotel is DEGRADING instead of improving sad to say.
