-The room was very clean, like new, I got beautiful view of the city
-The location wasn’t within walking distance to The Mosque but the hotel provided reliable shuttle bus operating almost every hour a day. I needed to transit at The Jamarat 2 Park first though, it was easy once I got used to it
-There were a lot of cafes, restaurants and grocery stores nearby
-The staffs were helpful especially when my pass card didn’t work

Reception staff are professional and polite with guests. Located in a convenient and peaceful location in Al Aziziya, Mecca.
I've stayed at this property three times, and there's nothing to dislike.

i liked the courteous staff especially on the reception and the fact that continuous shuttle bus was running from hotel to haram and vice versa.
cleaning staff should have cleaned the room at least one in our stay of 2 nights,
