There was a bus that takes you to the kabba
I didn’t like that parking garage is full and there is no place for my car. I had to park on the street.

I liked the bus drivers and coordinator. Buses were prompt and always there when you expected.
The cleaning crew is very very loud and not helpful. I believe it is due to the management of the hotel. I have stayed at the other Violet hotel near the Qatari mosque it was WAYY better and staff was not like this at all. For every little thing like asking for water, you are told no by the housekeeping crew and told to call the front desk. They dont come to clean your room unless you ask the front desk, give you water unless you ask the front desk, change the towels or give anything extra. It is super frustrating as I have never visited this at any other hotel.
On top of it the soundproofing here is like non existent. It is very loud ad whenever people move anything on the floor above you hear it.
