    Shuttle service timetable needs adjustment , for example Maghrib prayer time was 06:06 pm and Bus leaves the hotel at 06:00 pm , similarly Isha prayer time was 07:37 pm and Bus leaves the hotel at 07:30 . It becomes very diffiuclt to reach the Haram at time. Bus should leave the hotel at least 30 minutes before the Azaan time

    Wife and I went here thinking the shuttle service would be a great way to save on our recent umrah trip. And we did, but not without a cost. The hotel is small, but nice. The beds were very comfy, the room nicely sized, and the couch provided was big and comfy and could act as a 2nd/3rd bed. The shower is not hot, no matter how long you keep the water heater on. At best, you can get warm water and it doesn't last that long. They also don't give any towels for the bathroom floor, so we had to use one of the regular towels to cover the water that will come out of the shower plus yourself dripping. Breakfast wasn't good at all. The food just wasn't where it should be quality or taste-wise. There might be 2 or 3 things you'll likely eat and will just continue to eat that for your trip. The breakfast menu is arguably the biggest opportunity for them to improve on. It's hard to explain, but they screw up eggs... The shuttle bus is always on time, comfortable, and has AC. Generally speaking, departures from the hotel are at the top of the hour and departures from the Haram is at 30mins of every hour. It only takes 10 mins or so to drive from the hotel to the bus station where they leave you. The challenge is that the bus station is more thank 1km away from the actual Haram (King Abdelaziz gates), so be prepared to walk a lot. Because of the amount of people, the distance required, and the shuttle timing limitations, you can basically go for Fajr, come back to have breakfast and maybe sleep a little, then go back for dhuhur and basically stay there till isha as its impossible to go back to the hotel without missing a salat at the Haram (which is the whole point of you going). Note, even in this minimum scenario, you've already walked more than 4kms just from the back and forth to the bus shuttle (not to mention what you'll walk to go pray, shop, eat, etc.. This is purely a logistical challenge that can't be rectified until they increase their shuttle service. Once an hour is just not meaningfully convenient or feasible. My recommendation is to find something closer to the Haram.
