The location was perfect, offering easy access to key spots, while the facilities impressed with their quality and upkeep.

The staff are very friendly, the room is clean and has all necessities (water, kettle, hair dryer, prayer mat, Quran, hangers, cupboard, fridge / freezer). The cleaning staff are amazing, extremely kind and helpful. At breakfast everything is taken care of to ensure food is regularly available and there is a wide range of food options for everyone. I must say their breakfast bakery food is absolutely delicious, baked to perfection! Only thing is that it is slightly far from the haram about a 10-15 minute walk, but for someone who enjoys walking, I liked it and got to see the shops along the way. We stayed in room 311 on the third flood and had a lovely stay.

Rooms were bit open. Facilities were like 3 star. Distance was around 1 km from haram. Wifi was very bad. It has restaurants near by. Cleanliness was ok. No iron. Less toiliteries. Breakfast was good.

Average Stay – Needs Improvement, Especially the Bathrooms**
The hotel is fairly standard, but there are some areas that need improvement. Guests coming from many European countries may find the facilities below the expected standard, especially the bathrooms.
The toilet facilities were disappointing. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, and although the ventilation system was present, it did not seem to work effectively. Better maintenance and a proper refurbishment, particularly of the bathrooms, would greatly improve the overall experience.
The hotel has potential, but upgrading the facilities would make it more comfortable and suitable for a wider range of international guests.
