An exceptional stay! The hotel is very clean, beautiful, and offers a diverse breakfast with everything you could possibly want. The staff are all wonderful and professional. A special thank you goes to the receptionist, Bushra Al-Ghamdi, who was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help us check in early after noticing how exhausted we were from our long journey. Truly outstanding service!

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The location was convenient, and everything was well managed. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Uncooperative Staff & Poor Room Experience
We stayed at Emaar Grand Hotel as a family and booked two rooms together. Unfortunately, the hotel assigned one room on the 1st floor and the other on the 15th floor. Since we were travelling as a family, we repeatedly requested that both rooms be arranged on the same floor.
Every day, we were told, “We will do it today,” but this never happened. We stayed for five days, and despite repeatedly following up, our rooms were never moved closer together. We ultimately had to check out after five days with the issue unresolved.
We also had a serious cleanliness issue in the bathroom, as there were bugs. The room service staff member was actually very polite and helpful and tried spraying several times, but unfortunately, it did not solve the problem. The bathrooms clearly require proper fumigation and deeper cleaning.
Additionally, the bathrooms were extremely small and uncomfortable.
Overall, the biggest disappointment was the lack of cooperation and follow-up from the hotel staff. We understand that hotels can be busy, but repeatedly making promises to guests without actually resolving the issue is frustrating, especially when travelling with family.
