Spacious new barndominium sitting on 15 acres of scenic farmland, located 15 miles from downtown Guntersville. 5 miles from public boat ramp, ‘The Ponderosa’ is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and unwind after a successful day duck hunting or bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville. ‘The Ponderosa’ has a rustic and cozy feel with two bedrooms, one bath, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. The primary has a Queen and a twin, and connects to the bathroom with a standup shower, toilet, and sink. The secondary has two full beds. The open living room is the perfect place to unwind and watch the game on the big screen tv while relaxing on the reclining sofa or leather recliner. Long wood table can sit up to 10 people. Kitchen features a large sink, refrigerator, air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a night out at The City Harbor, with lots of food, drink, and shopping options, featuring local musicians and beautiful lake views.

Awesome place a long as your not wanting waterfront. It's out of the way so very quiet area. We've stayed 3 times now during the big bass

Hunting camp vibes.
There are no blinds on any windows, wasp was in the living room, the fridge had old food in it and needed to be wiped down. Shower was luke warm.
The spot has a ton of potential, seems to be a newer listing and has a few kinks.
There is another house on the property.
