Casa Oasis Corporate Rental offers a unique dual-living setup with a spacious main home and a modern detached studio. The main home features 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an elegant living room, front office with fireplace, and a fully equipped oversized kitchen with dining area. Each room includes TVs and closets. The rear studio is fully private with its own kitchen, living space, workspace, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry, ideal for added privacy and flexibility.
Guest access: Guests have full private access to both the main home and the studio, with no shared spaces. Self check-in is available via a smart lock. There are 3 designated parking spots plus over 100 ft of driveway space.
Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM and check-out at 10AM. WiFi is provided. Quiet hours are 11PM-7AM. No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes. Pets may be allowed with an $85 fee upon approval. Entry is via digital E-lock. A Ring doorbell and exterior cameras are present (no interior cameras). Stays of 45+ nights are subject to a mid-stay reset policy. The property is surrounded by trees and natural landscaping, so occasional insects are normal despite regular pest control.
