The space: Two beautifully designed side-by-side 2-bedroom, 2-bath townhomes (Units E & F). Each unit's main level features an open-concept living room with Smart TV and sofa seating, a dining area seating 4, a fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, and in-unit washer & dryer, plus a private patio with access to peaceful community space. Upstairs per unit: Primary Bedroom with a king bed, luxury linens, Smart TV, dresser & closet, and a private balcony with seating; Second Bedroom with two twin beds (convertible to king), Smart TV, work desk, and spacious closet; an upgraded full bathroom with premium towels and essentials. Combined, the two units offer 2 king beds, 4 twin beds (convertible to 2 kings), and sofa beds in select units, comfortably accommodating up to 8-10 guests. Included: hotel-quality linens & blackout curtains, complimentary coffee, bottled water & toiletries, high-speed WiFi, smart TVs in every room, in-unit laundry with supplies. Other things to note: Check-in is at 3PM, check-out at 10AM (early check-in/late check-out available on request for a fee; unauthorized late check-outs incur a $75 fee). High-speed WiFi throughout. No pets allowed unless approved in advance; a non-refundable $85 per pet fee applies if approved. Free parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit (4 total).
