Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This home is perfect for business travelers, families in transit, and those visiting for both short and long term stays.
In this three bedroom, two bathroom home, all bedrooms have queen mattresses, as well as closets and dressers (so great storage for both short and long term guests). There is a room with a desk, chair and door that can be used an office. There is also an empty room that can be used as a makeshift play room or storage space for guests with a few extra items. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove and oven, as well as a full size refrigerator and freezer. The living room is cozy and comfortable with new reclining couches.

AC works great - apart from in the bedroom with the TV where it doesn't blow hardly at all. It's clean. It allows pets. Yard is fenced but the gate doesn't latch so you can't let your pup off leash if they are prone to doing a runner. Area - contrary to the one other review I saw is fine - you are downtown in a city, so it's not better homes and gardens, but it's not unsafe. The only real glaring omission is that there's no dishwasher, which is odd in a rental. There are sufficient plates/flatware/pans to cook, although we didn't.Stayed for a week. Had no issues. Would stay there again.

Spacious property. Ample bonus space in the basement. Great air conditioned escape from the heat. Neighborhood a little subpar but the home was remodeled well. Super close to Redstone arsenal.
