Welcome to Madison's Serenity Retreat — a luxury 4BR escape where every detail is designed for unforgettable moments. Challenge friends in the epic game room: theatre, pool table, arcade & basketball. Unwind by the firepit, grill on the deck, and soak in the sunset. Every bedroom has its own TV. Coffee's always ready. This is your group's perfect getaway.
The space: A beautifully renovated 2,200 sq ft retreat for families, groups, and professionals. Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests: Primary Suite — king bed; Bedroom 2 — queen bed; Bedroom 3 — queen bed plus pull-out twin; Bedroom 4 — queen bed. Each bedroom has its own smart TV.
Game room: 100" home theater screen with surround sound, popcorn machine, pool table, basketball arcade game, and a full-size arcade machine.
Living & dining: A cozy living room with a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious dining room for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full cookware set, Keurig and drip coffee makers, dishes, and glassware.
Backyard: A large private backyard with a spacious deck, outdoor dining table, BBQ grill, fire pit with firewood provided, sunset views, and a long private driveway with parking for multiple vehicles.
Location: About 2 miles to Toyota Field/Trash Pandas and Bradford Creek Greenway, 6-8 miles to the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, Cummings Research Park, Bridge Street Town Centre, and Huntsville Botanical Garden, and about 11 miles to Redstone Arsenal.
Guest access: Guests have access to the entire home — all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, entertainment room, gym area, and the backyard with outdoor seating, dining area, and fire pit.
Other things to note: Check-in 3:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Streaming available with your own logins. Quiet hours 11 PM–8 AM, no parties or large gatherings. No smoking. No pets unless pre-approved ($85 per pet non-refundable fee if approved or unauthorized). Free parking for up to 3 vehicles (request approval for additional parking). Digital E-lock with a unique code provided before check-in; minimum age to rent is 21. Ring doorbell plus exterior gate cameras only (no interior cameras). 45+ night stays get a mid-stay reset. Guests responsible for damages.
