In the center of Santa Margherita, two floors, just renovated

The apartment is located in a building from the early 1900, with only two apartments, both owned by myself.

The apartment available to guests is autonomous, it’s been completely rebuilt and renovated in 2023 (new electrical systems, windows, furniture) and is spread over two floors.
The first floor opens onto the living room, with an open kitchen equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, fridge), furnished with a dining table, sofa and TV. On the left is the sleeping area consisting of the double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a second bedroom/smart work-ing area with a double sofa bed. Both rooms have access to a large balcony.
The second floor is accessed via an internal staircase and consists of two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds) and a bathroom with tub/shower.

Comforts such as free wifi connection, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, iron and heating are available to guests.

We also offer our guests authentic experiences to live in contact with the locals. We will be happy to help you create your perfect holiday to discover the beauties of Liguria and Italy.

Several free parking spaces are available nearby the apartment. Private and public parkings are availa-ble a few minutes' walk away.
However, you will not need a car to reach restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and the supermarket, which are just few minutes walking from home.
The shuttle stop that takes you to Paraggi and Portofino is just a 5-minute walk from the house.
Portofino is 20 minutes by bus/car or 1 hour on foot from home. It is also possible to reach San Frut-tuoso by boat or on foot, with a splendid walk along uncontaminated paths, enjoying a breathtaking view from the hills of Portofino.
The Cinque Terre are located half an hour by train, car or boat from Santa Margherita. Genoa is half an hour away by train/car, Pisa is an hour and a half away.
It is possible to play tennis or padel at the Santa Margherita tennis club, a two-minute walk away, or rent a kayak or a SUP in the wonderful Paraggi bay. Bicycle, motorbike and boat rental is also nearby.
