About this house rental
Cocoonr Agency offers you this charming 73 m² house with private garden in Toulouse which can accommodate up to 4 people. It comprises a pretty living room, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room with wifi and a dining area. There is a bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom and another bedroom upstairs. The first floor of the house has air conditioning. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A living room with sofa and TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with a queen-size bed downstairs
- An air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds upstairs
- A bathroom with bath and a toilet.
Outside area :
- A beautiful 110 m² garden planted with trees and a 24 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park in the street in front of the house (rue St Léon, paid overhead parking spaces). There is quick access to the ring road.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest metro station: St Michel / Marcel Langer line B: 3 min walk (at the end of the street)
- Nearest bus: L33,44,54,115,152.
- Nearest train station: St Agne 15 min walk or accessible by metro ( stop: St Agne - line B)
- Nearest airport: Toulouse- Blagnac
Other remarks :

Overall, the property had some strong qualities:large windows to a lovely yard, well equipped kitchen, good but easy security. It was appropriately furnished. Beds were comfortable.
There are no real closets, which was hard for us as we were there for two weeks and wanted to take our clothes from the suitcases. There is no
Mirror on the first floor, which is where the master bedroom is. The shower is a little awkward… I think it could be an easy fix to hang the spray handle?
Before checking in we were concerned about the quality of communication with cocoonR . We believed they might know something of the area and when we had questions about that we were directed to our greeter who also had no idea about gyms or much else in the area. We were told by cocoonR to Google it. Everything worked out fine (we are experienced travelers in France) but we were apprehensive about service from that point.

Le Jardin de Lucette Beautiful and modern townhouse/apartment with a garden. It is well located, close to public transport, the local supermarket and the Saturday market. It is highly recommended for family trips. It might not be suitable for young age children but it is an ideal place for 6 yrs.

The first night I checked in the wood pellet stove wasn’t working properly so when I woke in the morning it was pretty chilly inside. I notified the property manager and he immediately set to work fixing the issue. By the time I returned home from work, he had electric space heaters en route and a handy man came to fix the stove. I was very impressed with his responsiveness to the issue.
Overall the house is great for an extended stay in Toulouse. It has a kitchen and washer. It is very safe, quiet, and secluded even though it is surrounded by other homes/apartments. A friend stayed for a few days as well and she also felt very safe. It also has a great outdoor space if you visit in the summer!
I will be recommending this spot to work colleagues traveling to the area.
