L'emplacement, propreté, les équipements. Et la disponibilité de la conciergerie en ligne rapidement. Bien sécurisé.
Le chauffe-eau placé dans le placard de la chambre qui se met à goutter à 3h du matin. (Sommeil très léger) Très sécurisé, c'est un bon point mais il faut bien s'organiser avant, ne pas aller directement au garage. Il faut d'abord monter dans l'appartement pour récupérer un badge spécial (mentionner dans les consignes) et la boîte à clé qui ne fonctionne pas du premier coup.

Hôtes très réactifs, arrangeants et sympathiques. Aucun contact physique pour la remise et la restitution des clés. Emplacement idéal : commerces, boulangerie et métro à proximité. Appartement propre et décoré avec goût, situé dans une résidence sécurisée et calme, avec une place de parking intérieure. Lits confortables. Accueil agréable avec petits gâteaux et bouteilles d’eau à notre arrivée. Nous avons passé un séjour agréable 🌸. Merci!
Nous trouvons que le séjour manque un peu de luminosité. Par ailleurs, il nous semble que la chasse d'eau est assez bruyante et que le bruit persiste un moment après utilisation.
