T3 DUPLEX NEAR GRAND ROND WITH SMALL PARKING SPACE

Beautiful apartment. Nice location. Very clean. Home owner is quite particular.

We stayed for a week in September. This is a small, functional place with 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Easy stair access to this third floor apartment. (there’s a tiny elevator if you’re not claustrophobic.) The kitchen is well appointed. The stairs to the bedrooms/bath should have a railing. Bath towels are air dried, which is…not nice. There were no top sheet on the beds. Location: this apartment is a bit out of the way if you’re on foot but we walked everywhere anyway. Some good restaurants near the Grand Round, which is close. We walked to the train station most days. Don’t miss the BEST bakery we found on our trip, just around the corner on Allée des Soupirs — Boulangerie Saint Sauveur. The best! (And we sampled many!) Laure was lovely to communicate with. Always available.

The 2 bedroom apartment was a perfect base for a week’s visit to Toulouse - comfortable, well equipped, spacious and has the benefit of air con (it was 38 degrees during our stay). It is located near the canal, Les Jardins du Grand Rond and Les Jardins des Plantes all of which are beautiful. The city centre is a 25 minute walk. We would definitely return and Laure, our host was welcoming and helpful.

This property is in an excellent location for a visit to the main parts of the city. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. The condominium had all the necessary ammenities for a good stay- good beds, washer, well equiped kitchen. The bedrooms and bath are upstairs and there was no handrail for the climb which made us cautious. The check-in process was a bit complicated but the owner was very responsive and helped us through it via email with pictures. This was necessary because we were late in our arrival and she could not meet us.
