Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of a small, very quiet condominium, this 70 m² apartment overlooking the courtyard is composed as follows :
- Pleasant, tastefully decorated living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV and dining table with 4 chairs.
- Separate fully-equipped kitchen : fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.
- Two bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and closets in each.
- Bathroom with bathtub and vanity unit.
- Separate WC
Neighborhood :
Quiet, pleasant neighborhood in the center of town. Close to shops and amenities, with excellent public transport links, the apartment is ideal for a business or leisure stay.
Transportation :
- Nearest metro station : line B : François Verdier station 2 minutes' walk away
- Nearest bus : lines 1,4,8,9 as well as lines 27,29,44,66
- Nearest train station : Toulouse-Matabiau via metro line B and a change at Jean Jaurès to line A
- Nearest airport : Toulouse-Blagnac via airport shuttle to Jean Jaurès stop

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was just outside so that it was nice and quiet and easy walking distance. The apartment was as described and was great and comfortable for our small group. Both bedrooms had generous closets and comfortable beds. Communication was great with property management team. I would stay here again.

Le Havre des Tanneurs "Good location, clean appartment
🙂 The location is good. (near a subway station and 1km from center of the city)
Air conditioner is very helpful at hot summer.
Rooms are clean and well equipped.
🙁 The person who gave us the key at the appartment could not understand English.
It was difficult for us to understannd how to watch TV. (Finally, upon our request a staff in the agent came to our appartment and solved the ploblem.)"
