The recently built Nettuno flat, finely furnished in modern style, is a splendid flat with a spectacular terrace facing the sea and overlooking the marina and the bay of Alghero.
The flat has a total of two bedrooms for a total of four beds (with the possibility of having single or double beds), and a camp bed for children is also available.
The house is literally bathed in light, the sea-facing kitchen and living area with a spectacular sea-view terrace and large roof terrace make this flat an ideal solution for families or groups of friends, with a desire to be together while enjoying lots of privacy.
The Nettuno flat has a lovely garden, which is located within the spectacular and historical Catalan walls.
The Nettuno Fronte Mare flat is on 2 levels: sleeping area on the lower floor with 2 double/twin bedrooms with access to the garden and bathroom; an internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the living area and the kitchen with large windows, the view of the marina of Alghero and the bay is of incomparable beauty. On this floor there are balconies facing the sea, 1 bathroom, the kitchen is new, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer.
The bedrooms are all on the lower floor while the sea-view kitchen is on the upper floor.
With its perfect location, the house is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, with shops, restaurants and the town centre literally on the doorstep, the perfect location for visiting Sardinia's most famous tourist spots, such as Stintino or Bosa.
The Nettuno flat is about 50 metres from the bus stop.
A car is not necessary given the central location and the proximity of all services.
