If you’re planning a larger gathering or need extra space, you'll find Sunset House next door. This fabulous five bedroom home with a huge deck and ocean glimpses is styled in a similar fashion to Sunset Cottage and may be rented, subject to availability.
Guest Access:
Access the property whenever suits you with a lock box located on the premises. There is space for one vehicle in the driveway.
The Neighborhood:
Sunset Cottage is located in the centre of what the locals refer to as 'The Hill'. It's walking distance to all five beaches and to town. Agar St is a quiet street with plenty of free and unlimited additional on street parking.
Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Sunset Cottage is approximately a 450m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.
Other Things to Note:
- Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, loud music, or school leavers
- No pets on beds or furniture. Any pet-related issues (e.g. linen soiling, lounge or carpet cleaning or resurfacing timber floors) will be charged to the guests at cost
- Small/medium size dogs only, strictly limited 1 pet only

Sunset Cottage is managed by the friendly and helpful team from oceanstays who are available seven days a week to attend to any needs you might have while you are enjoying your time at Sunset Cottage.

This is a beautifully presented cottage with everything you could want for a restful break in Yamba. The bed is seriously comfortable, the living areas open onto trees with glimpses of the ocean. So nice to come home to after a day of exploring the surrounding areas & a swim in the warm ocean! Highly recommended from us!

Perfect place for a couple. Nice quiet street away from the main drag but close enough to walk to. Easy walking access to pippi, convent or main beach too.
Our first time in yamba, loved it here and will be back again!
