With four spacious bedrooms, plus additional bonus bedroom spaces, everyone will find their own cozy corner to unwind.
The fully appointed kitchen and huge dining area make meal times a breeze, whether you're whipping up a family feast or enjoying takeaway from one of Yamba's local eateries. Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again. Blue House on Pippi is approximately a 500m walk to Main Beach and 700m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m walk to the centre of Town.
The Neighborhood:
Blue House on Pippi is approximately a flat 250m walk to Pippi Beach, a 550m walk to Main Beach and 750m to the Pacific Hotel. It's a 650m flat walk to the centre of Town.
Getting Around:
Once you park your vehicle there will be little need to take it out again.
It's the perfect place to bring your bike with flat access to town and the beach. Park it securely in the garage.
Other Things to Note:
Strictly no smoking, vaping, parties, loud music or school leavers
Pets are allowed outside. Please note that it's not fully fenced at the rear. You'll need to bring a lead.

We had a fantastic time at this property. It was perfect for our large group and had all the amenities we needed. Great parking and even space for the boat alongside the house. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning so it was incredibly stuffy and hot inside, so much so that we had to spend another 500 on a portable air con just so our toddler could actually get some sleep. Communication and check in was easy. Definitely will stay again (maybe just in winter next time).

House size and location was perfect for our stay however there is no love going back into this house considering how much you pay to stay. The wifi didn't work at all so we had to hotspot to watch tv. The stovetop didnt work well and the beds are very basic, weak, creaky and broken. The house could benefit from new furniture and a refurb. Lots of staining on the celilings and just a very tired home. There was only 1 small milk in the fridge for a family of 8 - 10. The kitchen and dining area is a geeat size and the bathrooms are modern and clean. I did love the pottery pinch bowl gift that was a lovely touch. Check in was easy and communication great. Perfect house for large groups but definitely some love needed to bring it up to a 5 star stay.
