Very hard to find the Breakers Reception We asked for ground floor with no steps as we had an elderly couple with us. Unfortunately there were about 20 steps up to the apartment. Had to buy 4 AAA batteries as neither TV worked with no batteries in the remotes

Breakfast not included. The space in the Townhouse was large and appreciated. The lounge set-up was great for 4 adults. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the coffee machine was a bonus.
It was confusing trying to find the reception to check-in. (Separate from the accommodation) There were two separate signs at the beginning of the street pointing towards the check-in office. One said Breakers and the other said Sands . It was easy to find the Sands office but not the Breakers office. It turned out to be the same office. Another sign is required saying Breakers reception and pointed at the Sands Reception.

Keys were not kept at the address booked. Would have been helpful to know that before arrival.
Reception staff could be a little more friendly. Could have explained beforehand that checkin was at a completely different complex to the booked accommodation address? Albeit, it was just across the road. Could have saved some stress.
