Great location with very comfortable bed and hot and steady shower. comfortable and functional furniture throughout. Especially loved the double garage with internal access.
The kitchen was not very well equiped. Few saucepans and frypan damaged. Crockery could be more abundant - enough for two people but insufficient for a family.

Garage door doesn’t work or lock. Dishwasher tricky … hard to turn on.

Location
Garage was dirty, clothes line broken no pegs/ oh five pegs. back paved area covered in sand/dirt , front door area dirt in between screen and door, table , floor sticky with something, no hand basin plug, ants throughout the house. cracked glass in front door window, bird manure over outdoor setting, sliding door from garage to back area covered in dirt and grease/ oil. Towels were small and some thread bare you can see your hand through them.
