It was a clean and spacious unit, with all facilities.
It was a walk to beach and main street to shops and eateries.
The steep stairs to enter house.
The front door key was hard to open door.and took a few attempts to open.

I liked the property. Great layout and very roomy.
I would have liked HD Channels on the TV as we want to watch the football being Victorians. The HD Channels had the AFL matches on. Just a suggestion…a Set Top Box costing less than $40 connected to the TV would allow the HD Channels. I am sure that this would be an excellent benefit to the property.

Property in a nice location with some bars/restuarants within walking distance.
Arriving late and in the dark it was very difficult to know which was our apartment. Although on the picture there appears to be access on the front for number 1 access is round the back. It is not well lit and stairs are not very good.
