Great location
Concerning that there are no screens on the windows, especially the front ones, very dangerous if kids stayed there.
The curtains are falling apart and need to be replaced.

location, bed comfy.
Toilet needs a good scrub, caked on in bottom of bowl (has been there for a very long time). I would have cleaned it if I had double gloves and a
stainless steel scourer and voluminous amounts of bleach/disinfectant.
Water pressure not great (probs cause on a hill) but pressure perfect in laundry sink??

The fans.
It was alive with cockroaches at night, the agents did organise a pest spray the next day which did work, though there were still little ants on kitchen benches, this would have been caused by the rain.
The place is very tired looking with holes in window screens, with bedroom window unable to open.
