A single garage offers security for the car and storage for boards, bikes & beach gear. Other features you will find in Romiaka 5 include air conditioning and a fully equipped laundry.

Romiaka 5 is a delightful apartment. It is truely a perfect spot. The 3 generous bedrooms all have comfortable beds. The single beds in the rooms roll around a bit as they are on wheels. The queen in the main bedroom is very comfortable. Only negative was the bbq was not cleaned after the last renters and we were not prepared to clean it twice. 75 if you don’t clean it! The weather turned and it was too windy anyway but no response from real estate when I emailed them about it. FYI The bottom of the door in the main bedroom has been rain damaged and when it rained heavy there was a bit of water leaking through. All in all, we loved Romiaka 5 and will definitely be back.

Great unit with not a lot of steps and garage close to entry point. Good deck and spacious apartment. Small complex so not noisy. Easy walk to beach. Would definitely stay here again.
