Well equipped, lovely patio with bbq overlooking the sea, beautiful spot !
It would have been nice to have an aircon in the main room, it was very warm and humid when we were there and the opening the lounge was not able to cool it down

Magnificent views of Pippie Beach. Large spacious verandah. Walking distance to beaches, restaurants and cafes. Three reasonable sized bedrooms and comfortable beds in each room. A new Weber Q BBQ for great entertaining outdoors. Kitchen had all the appliance required to cook meals.
The unit windows were heavily laden with dust and dirt. Washed all windows when we arrived so that we had fresh air flow throughout. Leather chairs had marks all over them. Just cleaned with small sponge and hot soapy water .Make sure cleaners open recliner chairs and clean down sides of seat.
